Anne Madden:  Past President

Works full time as the Regional Improvement Coordinator in Oncology at the Cancer Centre of South Eastern Ontario.  Also works part-time in the Urgent Care Centre of Hotel Dieu Hospital, and casual in the emergency department at Kingston General Hospital.  Living on a farm in Burridge. Married to Jim, who owns and operates a tree service and farm. Mother of eleven children, six girls and five boys. Grandmother to Rylan Rose, who lives in Burridge with her parents
               
Anne has been active in Parent Council at
St. Edwards Elementary School in Westport for twenty-three years. She is also currently the parent representative for Leeds County on the Parent Involvement Committee (PIC) at the Board Office in Kemptville.
               
Anne has always been an active member of her parish. She previously served as the Parish Council Representative on the Diocesan Pastoral Council, and a religious education teacher after Mass. Anne is currently a reader at
Mass.
               
Anne joined the Catholic Women's League as a new bride and member of her parish. She has proudly served for twenty-nine years. Currently as Archdiocesan Past President in Kingston, and previously on the diocesan executive as President, Organization Chair, Christian Family Life Chair and Education and Health Chairperson for one and a half terms.

Anne is also currently Chair of the Legislation Standing Committee at the Ontario Provinical Level.
